Michael Gardner's career didn't start in supplements. It started on the gym floor as a certified personal trainer who noticed something every coach eventually does: the people who lasted weren't the ones with the best workouts. They were the ones with the best self-talk.
That insight became Talk Yourself Thin™ — a 6-audio mind-body program (with a companion handbook) that physicians began prescribing to their patients. It was featured nationally on HSN, QVC, and TSC, and built a community of people who transformed their lives through mindset first, action second.
